My progress disappeared after reinstalling.
Your farm and progress are stored on your device, so deleting and reinstalling the app resets them. Purchases can be restored (see below).
I bought something but it's not showing up.
Open the in-game Shop and tap Restore Purchases. Restored purchases (such as the ad-free option or season pass) come back on any device signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account. Consumable items like coin packs are added to your balance when the purchase completes; if you were charged but did not receive them, email us with your receipt.
How do I remove ads?
If ads are enabled in the game, you can buy the one-time ad-free option in the Shop to stop seeing them.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for purchases are handled by the store. On iOS, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use the Google Play order history. We can't issue store refunds directly, but we're happy to help if something went wrong.
Is it safe for kids?
Sprout Rush is family-friendly: no accounts and no personal data collection. Purchases go through the store account where parental controls can be set. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I change the language?
The game follows your device language (Turkish or English). You can also change it in the in-game settings.

Geri yüklenebilir satın almalar (reklamsız seçeneği veya sezon geçişi gibi) aynı Apple Kimliği'yle veya Google hesabıyla girişli her cihazda geri gelir. Altın paketleri gibi tüketilebilir öğeler, satın alma tamamlandığında bakiyenize eklenir; ücret alındığı halde almadıysanız makbuzunuzla bize yazın.
