These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Sprout Rush: Cozy Farm ("the Game"), provided by Öztürk Studio (Nuri Öztürk). By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or sell the Game or any part of it, except as permitted by applicable law or by the App Store / Google Play terms.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases, including consumable items (such as coin packs) and non-consumable purchases (such as an ad-free option or a season pass). Purchases are processed by Apple or Google through your store account, and are subject to that store's terms. Prices are shown in the Game before you buy. Consumable items are used within the Game and cannot be transferred. Refunds are handled by the store; see your store's refund policy.
The Game may display advertising provided by third-party ad networks. Your use of advertising features is also subject to those networks' terms and privacy policies. You may remove ads via the optional ad-free purchase, where offered.
Coins and other virtual items in the Game have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be modified or discontinued. Your license to use them ends if you stop using the Game or if your access is terminated.
You agree not to use cheats, exploits, automation, or modified software to gain an unfair advantage, and not to interfere with the Game's operation or other players' enjoyment.
The Game, including its name, artwork, code, and content, is owned by Öztürk Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Öztürk Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
The Game is intended for a general audience. If you are a minor, please use the Game with your parent's or guardian's permission. In-app purchases should be made with the consent of the account holder.
We may update the Game or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
If you obtained the Game from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Öztürk Studio (not Apple), and that Apple is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce them. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Game.

Oyundaki altınlar ve diğer sanal öğelerin gerçek dünyada parasal değeri yoktur, nakde çevrilemez ve değiştirilebilir veya kaldırılabilir. Bunları kullanma lisansınız, Oyunu kullanmayı bıraktığınızda veya erişiminiz sona erdirildiğinde biter.
Haksız avantaj elde etmek için hile, açık (exploit), otomasyon veya değiştirilmiş yazılım kullanmamayı ve Oyunun işleyişine veya diğer oyuncuların keyfine müdahale etmemeyi kabul edersiniz.
Adı, görselleri, kodu ve içeriği dahil Oyun, Öztürk Studio'ya veya lisans verenlerine aittir ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunur. Açıkça verilmeyen tüm haklar saklıdır.
Oyun, yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, hiçbir tür garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Oyunun kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz.
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Öztürk Studio Oyunu kullanmanızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Bu Koşullardaki hiçbir şey, yürürlükteki tüketici koruma yasası uyarınca sınırlandırılamayan hakları sınırlamaz.
Oyun genel kitle için tasarlanmıştır. Reşit değilseniz lütfen Oyunu ebeveyninizin veya vasinizin izniyle kullanın. Uygulama-içi satın almalar hesap sahibinin onayıyla yapılmalıdır.
Oyunu veya bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişikliklerden sonra kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Bu Koşulları ihlal ederseniz erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.
Oyunu Apple App Store'dan edindiyseniz, bu Koşulların Apple ile değil sizinle Öztürk Studio arasında olduğunu ve Apple'ın bunları uygulama hakkına sahip üçüncü taraf lehtar olduğunu kabul edersiniz. Apple, Oyun için destek veya bakım sağlamakla yükümlü değildir.
